Mr. Debnath brings over 30 years of leadership experience across mutual funds, alternate assets, wealth management, fintech, TPD, and insurance broking. He has held key roles at HDFC MF, Alliance Capital, TATA MF, Motilal Oswal, and Angel Broking. As Director & COO at Karvy Capital Ltd., he turned its PMS vertical profitable within six months and later served as Chief Business Officer at Sundaram Alternate Assets Ltd.
Among the earliest CFPs in India, he has contributed to AMFI and other industry bodies, while also serving on the board of TNS India Foundation and leading sustainability initiatives, including launching an SRI fund in Europe. A Chevening Scholar from LSE, he holds a Master’s in CSR and Sustainability (University of Vienna) and a Postgraduate degree in Digital Transformation (Purdue University).
He holds a PG in Marketing and brings over 48 years of extensive experience in corporate marketing and business development, with significant international exposure across Europe and the Middle East. He is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and spearheading business development for Life and Non-Life Insurance across India.
He brings over 36 years of expertise in the insurance domain, specializing in Property, Marine, Engineering, Aviation, and Miscellaneous insurance. He has worked with leading corporates such as Indian Oil Corporation, Pawan Hans Helicopters, Jindal Group, SpiceJet, and Air India, gaining extensive experience across all insurance functions. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics, an LLB, and is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (III).
She brings over 20 years of extensive experience across valuation, business development, training and development, mutual funds, debt, and operations. She has successfully driven growth and operational excellence through her deep understanding of financial markets and client-focused strategies. Ms. Sutrave holds a Master’s Diploma in Business Administration (MDBA) from Symbiosis Institute and is also a Certified CSR Professional. She completed her graduation from MES, Bangalore, and continues to leverage her expertise to deliver impactful solutions and build sustainable value for clients and the organisation.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Program graduate with close to a decade of diverse experience spanning regulatory compliance, statutory audits, taxation, and advisory services. His expertise further extends to fixed income valuations, index development, and data analytics, where he has successfully delivered strategic and data-driven solutions. Prior to joining SPA Group, he was associated with NSE Data & Analytics Limited, where he played a key role in driving several critical initiatives, strengthening his deep understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
